    How it went

The workshop presented the current possibilities of AI in music and connected generative tools with live input and discussion on authorship and production issues.

The workshop showed a practical workflow of AI-supported music generation and its combination with human interpretation and live inputs. The participants tried out how AI can be used in the ideation, arrangement and creation of the resulting recording, and together they created a collective output that served as a basis for further reflection. A significant part was the debate about copyright, production procedures and the aesthetic limits of AI-generated music. The workshop offered a contemporary, substantive and at the same time inspiring view of the transformation of music creation.
