Process automation with generative AI

How it went

We learned how generative AI helps automate routine activities and streamline company processes without unnecessary technological ballast.

The workshop focused on the automation of processes using generative AI and presented specific scenarios in which new tools save time and human capacity. Participants went through a typical workflow, learned to identify suitable places for automation and saw practical demonstrations of applicable tools. Emphasis was placed on realistic deployment: i.e. quality of inputs, control of outputs and safe integration of AI into existing processes. The workshop offered inspiration as well as a clearer idea of ​​where automation really makes sense.
