Chatbot in the company

How it went

The workshop presented how chatbots can fit into company processes and where they really save companies time, capacity and communication costs.

The workshop focused on the realistic use of virtual assistants in a corporate environment. Participants gained an overview of how to choose appropriate technologies, how to set expectations from chatbots and what to watch out for when deploying them in customer and internal communication. There was a comparison of available approaches, examples of typical scenarios and a discussion of where the chatbot brings value and where it encounters limits. The workshop helped translate an often abstract topic into concrete decision-making in the company.
